Shannon is a California State University of San Marcos graduate with a degree in Communications. She moved to San Diego in 2006 where she met and married her husband, Brian, in 2015. After she worked in the grocery business for several years, she enjoyed working for the San Diego Chargers in their Community Relations department where she developed a true passion for all that San Diego has to offer. She began selling Real Estate in 2013 and committed to Lindsay as her Buyers Specialist in 2015. Shannon is dedicated to the home buying process from the very first step. She is the main point of contact for Lindsay’s buyers when they are in the stages of previewing properties & deciding which home they would like to make an offer on. Her previous customer service experience, management skills and community involvement combined with her real estate knowledge, allows for her to be a client focused Realtor who is dedicated to the process. Shannon’s true passion is helping clients buy and sell their homes, while making it the best experience possible. When she is not focused on Real Estate she is volunteering her time back into the community by dedicating many hours to a foundation focused on the mental health of our local Navy SEAL’s and their families. In March of 2019 Shannon’s efforts have helped exceed 7.5 million raised for the cause.

Lindsay graduated from the University of Washington in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration, holding the Summa Cum Laude distinction. In 2005, Lindsay earned her Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law.

After passing the California Bar exam, Lindsay began her work as a lawyer in the San Diego office of the international law firm Latham & Watkins. Lindsay practiced real estate and project finance law as an associate attorney for 4 years, representing both developers and banks in the gaming, hospitality, and renewable energy sectors.

Prior to law school, Lindsay worked in the commercial real estate brokerage and development industries. Lindsay interned for what is now the largest independent commercial real estate firm on the west coast right out of high school and during her early college years. Lindsay worked for top-producing brokers, handling office, multi-family, and industrial real estate matters. It was during this time that Lindsay began to study the key strategies that made local real estate marketing successful. Later in her undergraduate years, Lindsay worked for a commercial property developer, assisting high-level project and construction managers regarding all details of industrial, office, and retail development.

It was in 2010 that Lindsay realized that her true professional passion and purpose was working for individuals, couples, and families to help them achieve their personal real estate goals. She has been devoted to her clients and enjoyed business as a full time Realtor ever since. Lindsay remains grateful for this wonderful business that allows her to blend her prior real estate experience, ambition, and skill set with helping her clients achieve their desired results. When not working hard for her sellers and buyers throughout San Diego County and southern Riverside County, Lindsay enjoys time with her husband, a Lieutenant with the San Diego Police Department, and their three children.
